I created this program because I meet so many new clients who are really struggling to access and listen to what their bodies are telling them and how to recover from chronic health issues, pain, and anxiety. They might have practiced yoga for years and several forms of mindfulness or meditation. When I teach them this process, they realise that, with practice, it's not rocket science to connect on a somatic level with their body, and move towards recovery and healing.

This is a short foundation program.
For people with busy minds, anxiety, and those who are overwhelmed.

A simple, potent, and experiential introduction to nervous system regulation.
Divided into four thirty-minute live Zoom sessions.

Time - 7:30 - 8:00 pm.

The recording of each session will be available for a limited time to catch up or rewatch.
On completion, you will receive a video to continue your ongoing practice.

We’re all so busy getting on with our daily lives that sometimes it's easy to forget to prioritise ourselves, even if it's just for a few minutes a day. It’s hard to find moments to recharge our batteries when we’re overwhelmed, lonely, or struggling to know what to do.
That's why I’ve created a space to guide and help you explore how to soothe and regulate your nervous system and grow your resilience.
We meet once a week for no more than 30 minutes to let go of the day’s tension and relax into our evening. These sessions are dedicated to your self-care and designed to create a personal ritual or toolbox to cope with the stuff life throws at us. These short, regular sessions will support you to:
Manage stress and anxiety to cope with life’s pressures.
Discover healthier ways to protect your energy levels and boundaries.
Learn to listen and respond to what your body is telling you.
Find useful everyday tools and techniques to build and maintain your resilience levels.
Learn somatic awareness and interoception.
Soothe tension throughout your body and your mind.
Improve your sleep routine.
The sessions are recorded for times that don't fit for you.
